NATO Stability Policing “Fostering SP themes in NATO Exercises” workshop, Vicenza (Italy), from 25 to 26 January 2023.

The NATO Stability Policing Centre of Excellence contributes to the innovation and transformation of the Alliance including, by providing SP focused education and training to individuals from military and civilian staff level up to the leadership. In accordance with the
current needs and the engagement in the NATO exercises, the NATO SP COE is organising the workshop between 25-26 January 2023, aimed at creating voluntarily a pool of SP experts from Sponsoring Nations who, once trained by the CoE, could be involved in the future NATO exercises relevant far SP, to contribute to EXE planning and execution in order to properly develop SP themes and ensure a challenging training far the participants.

The main target of the workshop is to provide the audience with a basic knowledge on the exercise planning, and with lessons learned from previous exercises in which SP COE’s representatives participated. Expertise in SP doctrine and in operational planning process is required.
