The main aim of this course is to provide Junior Officers and Senior NCOs, who can be deployed in NATO operations and/or can have a relevant role in operations and exercises execution, with the basic understanding of Stability Policing concept.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and the related travel limitations affecting several countries, NATO Stability Policing COE has decided to convert the residential course “Introduction to Stability Policing (SP) for Field Commanders” in an Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) course.
Course will be held, as planned, from 21st to 25th of September 2020, through an on-line Mobile Education and Training Teams (METT), consisting in lectures delivered through video-conferencing by lecturers at their home location (NATO SP COE and others), in mode of synchronous learning. No course fees will be requested.
As per the waiver provided by ACT with letter ACT/JFD/ETPP/TT-2773/SER:NU0648 dated 4 MAY 2020, the course will keep its “NATO APPROVED” status.
Applications already submitted will be kept as valid unless cancelled from registrant’s side. Approved registrants will receive further instruction concerning technical details in due time.
The course is open for NATO, PfP, MD, ICI and other nations (NATO partners) as approved.
The course “Introduction to Stability Policing for Field Commanders” is also available via the NATO ePRIME system what means the students from NATO partner nations can be reimbursed up to 100%.
